Use Maintenance to create and track work requests for units or properties.
Steps
- Click “New Request” to add a maintenance request.
- Use list actions to edit, delete, or create an invoice from a request.
- Select multiple requests to delete them.

Tips
- “Create Invoice” starts an invoice using the maintenance request details.
