Use Billables to set up charges you can reuse across leases, like rent or utilities.

Steps

  • Click “New Billable” to create a billable.
  • Use the three‑dot menu on a row to edit, clone, archive/activate, or delete.
  • Select multiple rows to delete several at once.

Tips

  • Archiving hides a billable without permanently deleting it.
